POWERFUL PERFORMANCE & EFFICIENCY
The LiuGong 848H-V wheel loader is equipped with a fuel-efficient world-class Cummins B6.7 Tier 4 Final/Stage V engine that maximizes torque output and delivers power at lower engine speeds. This engine delivers a gross power of 194 hp (145 kW) and a net power of 182 hp (136 kW) at 2,000 rpm. The machine utilizes an advanced load-sensing hydraulic system that delivers fluid on demand, reducing power loss and increasing operational efficiency, achieving a total cycle time of approximately 9.9 seconds.
VERSATILE ADAPTABILITY
Designed for versatility, the
848H-V can adapt to various job site needs with the option of a hydraulic quick coupler and multiple attachments. Its optimized Z-bar geometry positions the bucket closer to the tires, achieving high bucket breakout forces of approximately 117 kN (26,303 lbf) for effective material handling while minimizing spillage during transport. The standard bucket capacity is 3.5 yd³ (2.7 m³), with a rated load capacity of 4,800 kg.
OPERATOR COMFORT AND CONTROL
The machine features an operator-friendly environment with an ergonomically designed, pressurized cab that has a 309° panoramic view for extensive visibility. An adjustable steering column, an air suspension seat, and effective AC with all-around outlets ensure maximum operator comfort and reduced fatigue during long shifts. An electronic single joystick lever provides simultaneous and precise control of the hydraulic system, and the automated bucket positioning feature and ride control absorb shocks, further enhancing comfort and productivity.
SMART RELIABILITY & SERVICEABILITY
The 848H-V benefits from smart design choices that ensure reliability and ease of maintenance. The engine hood is a new, lightweight polymer material that can be raised and lowered manually with ease, providing ground-level access for servicing. The hydraulic heat dissipation system adjusts fan speed according to temperature and can reverse rotation to clean the cooler, ensuring excellent performance in various ambient conditions. The onboard monitoring system allows the operator to check vital machine signs and receive service alerts from within the cab.
