Delivery, Pickup and Returns
Delivery Charge is calculated based on:
- Category and Class of Equipment
- The Location of Rental Store
- The Distance of the Project Site From Rental Store
Yes. Please consider the size and type of equipment you are renting and bring a suitable vehicle and securement to transport the equipment. You are responsible for the safe transport of the equipment, we will not load the equipment if there is a risk of an accident.
The equipment should be returned in the same condition it went out in. There is a $150/hr cleaning charge for unusually dirty equipment.
All equipment will be sent out full of all applicable fuels (Diesel, DEF, gas, Propane). If the equipment needs to be re-fueled the surcharge is 1.5x the current rate and will be added to the final invoice.
Reservations and Payments
Rocky Rents inspects and services each piece of equipment prior to each rental and should be in good working order. If you need further assistance, please contact the Rental Specialist you booked your reservation with and they can arrange for the next steps or replacement.
For personal users, all you need is a valid drivers license or government issued ID and credit card to pay for the rental up front. For business users, all you need is to set up a Rocky Rents Customer account by quickly filling out our Customer Application Form
